Are You Happy With It?

The most common question I get is "Are you happy with it?"

For the most part - YES. The Prospangle machine has worked well most of the time and has helped our business. If I had to make the decision to buy it again or not - I Would...



We have had a few problems that have been addressed by the company that sold it to us. Their tech support is good and they are honoring the warranty. One thing that bothers me is that we have to pay for defective parts to be shipped to us. (it was in the contract)

Support is done via a ticket system. Most of the time we get help within one business day. But when your expensive machine is down and you can't fulfill orders - that can seem like an eternity.

Usually we send videos of the problems we are having and they try and diagnose and suggest fixes that we can make. It is not ideal, but it has worked out so far.

When we were having some more serious problems they did send a tech out to us. We are just lucky that this particular tech lives about 30 minutes away from our business. He spent a couple of hours with us and fixed a few things that were wrong with the machine. If we were not local, I doubt this would have been an option without paying for his travel expenses.

It is my opinion that since the machines are new to the market, they are still learning the little "quirks" of the machine and how to fix them.

I just really hope that all of our little problems are taken care of before the warranty runs out.
